Anthony Montgomery was born on June 2, 1971 in Indianapolis, IN. He portrayed Ensign Travis Mayweather in Star Trek´s fifth series, Enterprise, and at a young age is already an an old hand in the TV and movie business.
Anthony made his TV debut in 1995, where he played himself in the series Mister Roger´s Neighborhood. Othe guest appearances include roles in shows like J.A.G., Frasier and Popular and the movie productions, Hard Rain and Leprechaun in the Hood.
Years before Travis Mayweather, Anthony already wanted to become a part of the Star Trek universe. He auditioned at Paramount for the main cast of Star Trek: Voyager, but didn´t succeed in getting onboard. Later on, he tried again by auditioning for the part of Tuvok´s son in the Voyager episode “Repression” – and again, he wasn´t considered in the end. The Paramount executives, however, remembered him and brought him back to audition for Star Trek: Enterprise. This time, Anthony was given the role of Ensign Travis Mayweather, the character that made him famous all over the world.
