FedConUSA is proud to offer vendors the opportunity to sell products at our inaugural event in Dallas at absolutely no cost. That's right: we will provide you with up to three tables in our Dealer's room for free. All you have to do is book your stay for duration of the convention (two nights) at our convention hotel, the Hyatt Regency DFW. Details of our special convention room rates can be found here.
We realize that one of the biggest expenses facing vendors today at conventions is the cost of tables. For our first event in the US, we wanted to take this concern away, giving you the best possible chance of turning a profit at our convention.
Additional tables can be purchased for $75 each. If you do not wish to stay at the Hyatt Regency DFW for the duration of the event, tables will be charged at $125 per table for the first three tables, and $75 for every additional table.
All vendors will receive free listing in our convention program guide.
Drapes and table covers are NOT provided. Electricity can be provided for an additional fee; please contact us for details on electricity costs. All dealers' tables are provided on a first come, first served basis. Please contact us before making your hotel reservation.
A loading dock is located near the Dealer's Room for the loading and unloading of goods/equipment. If you require use of the loading dock, you will be required to schedule an arrival and departure time to ensure safe loading and unloading of dealer vehicles before and after the convention.
Parking is available free of charge for all FedConUSA 2008 hotel guests. All parking lots are covered, and vehicle height restrictions apply.
